The members of the local Hilversum Christian chapter are in principle responsable for the costs of all of the various Church activities.
 
A large portion of the members support
the church with a fixed monthly
contribution.
 
The Hilversum Chapter has a shortage
of members.  As a result, it receives an
additional subsidy from headquarters to
cover all of the expenses, most of which
goes toward the Church and its agenda.
A part of this subsidy is from the Gooi
region as well.

Aside from the various Church Activities provided, the
Hilversum Chapter also has Social Service Activities.
Since these activities themselves produce nearly no
income, Headquarters supplies us with an
additional subsidy which is obtained from the central
income organization.  This subsidy is intended solely
for Salvation Army social work.
 
The remaining surplus earned from the Clothing Shop
is also added to the burse that makes our Social
Service programs possible
