Some call our Church: "The Church of the Warm Welcome".
This is precisely a depiction of how you are treated as a guest when
visiting our Services. Every Sunday, there are two hosts and hostesses
which are assigned to specifically greet those who would like to attend our
services as a guest as well as providing them with two song books which we use
during the services.
If necessary, our hosts and/or hostesses will accompany the guests to
their pews. That may be necessary if nearly all the seats are already
occupied. That will save the guest time and trouble trying to find an
empty seat.
The hosts and hostesses are also available after the Sunday Service to answer
any questions you may have regarding our service and what took place therein.
If you feel that you still have any unanswered questions, the host / hostess is
obliged to provide you with our guestbook uniquely designed for any additional
questions one may have (with or without your name and address already filled
in).
What inspires people to go to Church?
The answer is less simple than the question.
Feel free to ask ten random church-goers
and don't feel flabbergasted if you hear 10 different answers.
Now, that is precisely the captivation of Church.
There are endless experiences, some of which are quite enjoyable.
This is most likely the reason behind the Church not having to
run self-promotional compaigns.
It is absolutely useless to try and explain how people experience
life. You have to do these sort of things yourself!
One thing is certainly for sure:
The term 'inspiration' goes hand-in-hand with attending Church.
You will discover that it has a lot to do with you personally.
It goes further than only just getting in touch with your senses.
It also touches the very core of your life...., your heart...., your soul....
Experience this for yourself.
The Church is open to visitors every Sunday
(sometimes even during certain days in the week).
In regards to the church community of the Salvation Army:
You will always be 'warmly welcomed' there. |
